Terms of sale and return

To purchase the products listed on this website there are two options:

  • Products in the Shop online section can be purchased immediately.
  • If you want to purchase the products from other sections of this website, you can write to us at info@levoila.es or fill out the contact form indicating the name and reference of the requested product and we will confirm its availability and date of shipment.

In both cases, as you can see in your browser, this website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to make the transmission of data on the Internet secure. This technology encrypts and protects data transmitted using the HTTPS protocol. SSL guarantees users of this website that their data will not be fraudulently intercepted. In all cases you can pay for your purchase by Paypal, credit card, bank transfer or with your gift card code. In all, these conditions of sale and return are valid.

1. Payment method, shipping costs, I.V.A.

The customer can make the payment with Paypal, credit or debit card or bank transfer. Shipping costs are €4 in Spain, €6 in Europe and €8 in America and Asia. At certain times, free shipping promotions may be offered from a minimum order quantity. These promotions will be clearly visible in the “shop online” and “shopping cart” section of this website and the customer can select it if it meets that minimum order condition. The shipment will be made once the payment or deposit has been verified. At 24-48 hours of formalizing the purchase, the shipment will be made. The shipment in Spain is done with courier company and the customer receives an email so that he can follow at all times the status of the shipment. The delivery time in Spain is a maximum of 72 hours from the time of shipment, not counting holidays or non-working days. In the case of choosing to pick up the customer their purchase in our store in Seville (local collection), we notify by mail or phone of the moment from which you can pick up your purchase.

The shipping costs to other countries of Europe are 6o and we carry them out by registered mail. Shipments to America and Asia are 8o. In these cases, the delivery time depends on the specific country. The customer always receives an email so that they can follow the status of the shipment at all times.

All items of Le Voilà are sent wrapped for gift and perfectly protected.

The prices indicated include the I.V.A. of 21% in force in Spain.

3. Returns Policy.

In case of you want to make a return, you have a period of 3 days from the day of receipt of the product to contact Le Voila and proceed to its return in the same packaging. You need to notify us by mail info@levoila.es the cause of the return before sending it. Once the returned product has been received, Le Voila will proceed to the return of the corresponding amount or change of product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, unless the return is by default of the product received.

In the event that an order is returned by the transport agency or the post office, an email indicating such incident will be sent to the customer.
