  • If you want to buy the products from other sections of this website, you can write to or fill in the contact form indicating the name and reference of the product requested and we will confirm your availability and date of shipment .

1. Payment method, shipping cost, VAT

The customer can make the payment with Paypal, credit or debit card or bank transfer. Shipping costs are €4 for all Spain. At certain times, free shipping promotions can be offered from a minimum order quantity. These promotions will be clearly visible in the “Shop online” and “Shopping cart” section of this website and the customer will be able to select it if it fulfils this minimum order condition. The shipment will be made once the payment or income is verified. At 24-48 hours of formalizing the purchase will be made the shipment. The shipment in Spain we do with courier company and the client receives an email so that it can follow at all times the state of the shipment. The delivery time in Spain is a maximum of 72 hours to count from the time of shipment, excluding holidays or non-working days. In the case of choosing to pick up your purchase in our store in Seville (local collection), we notify by mail or phone of the moment from which you can pick up your purchase.

Shipping costs to other countries in Europe are €6 and we do so by certified mail. Shipments to America and Asia are €8. In these cases, the delivery time depends on the specific country. The customer always receives an email so that he can follow the shipping status at all times.

The prices indicated include the VAT of 21 in effect in Spain.

3. Return policy.

If you wish to make a refund, you have a period of 3 days counted from the day of receipt of the product to contact Le Voilà and proceed to return it in the same packaging. It is necessary for us to communicate by mail to the cause of the refund before proceeding to send it. Once the returned product has been received, Le Voilà will proceed to return the corresponding amount or change of product. The customer will take care of the shipping costs caused, unless the return is by default of the product received.

In case an order is returned by the transport agency or by the Post office, an email will be sent to the client indicating such incident.
